You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old. Inviting users is limited to admins per your team's settings.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading unlawful content, harassing others, attempting to breach security, or using the Service to send spam. Contacts and communications you import must be done in compliance with applicable laws and consent rules.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

AI features generate content based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or sending it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

The Service and its software are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any reason with notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
