This Privacy Policy explains how Commune.town ("we," "us," or "the Service") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our sales-enablement platform. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information: name, email address, and role when you register or are invited.

Business data you enter: contacts, companies, opportunities, call lists, tasks, calendar events, emails, and media you upload or import.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and device/browser information, used to improve the Service.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, to power features like CRM, scheduling, automations, and AI assistance, to communicate with you about your account, and to keep the Service secure.

When you use AI agents, the prompts and documents you provide may be sent to our AI providers to generate responses. We do not use your data to train third-party models. Conversations and training files you save are stored with your account.

The Service may connect to third-party accounts you authorize (e.g., Google, Gmail, Meta). These connections use OAuth and your credentials are never stored by us. Data accessed through integrations is governed by those providers' policies as well as this one.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help run the platform (hosting, AI, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete individual records at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

We use row-level access controls, encryption in transit, and secure authentication. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
